Cygames has officially announced that it will provide refunds for the canceled Umamusume: Pretty Derby 7th Event World Tour: The Stage in Los Angeles. Beyond ticket costs, the company committed to reimbursing attendees for travel and lodging expenses incurred due to the event's cancellation.
The reimbursement policy covers both individuals who canceled their travel arrangements and those who had already arrived in Los Angeles. While specific submission forms or contact details are not yet available, the company advises affected fans to retain all relevant documentation, including receipts, reservation records, and screenshots, for future verification.
The cancellation stemmed from delays in processing visas for the performers by the US government. Cygames noted that it submitted the necessary documentation more than six months prior to the scheduled October 2026 dates. Similar visa-related issues recently impacted other events in Los Angeles, including a Wuthering Waves concert.
Updates regarding the reimbursement process will be shared on the official Umamusume: Pretty Derby website and social media channels. The game itself remains accessible on PC, Android, and iOS platforms.
