On October 12, 2026, developer Gino launched a playable demo for the roguelite action RPG Bless You Again on Steam. The title features anime-style 3D visuals powered by a proprietary cell shader running on Unreal Engine 5.
The core gameplay revolves around magical girls utilizing staves and spells. Players must engage in melee combat to accumulate mana, which is then expended to cast powerful magic, creating a rhythmic cycle between the two combat styles.
Dungeons are procedurally generated, allowing for unique character builds through various combinations of blessings and skills. While defeat sends players back to the base for permanent upgrades, the narrative progresses as exploration continues.
The demo includes the opening sequence and the first dungeon, offering two playable characters, Lily and Yoru, with distinct combat styles. Each run lasts roughly 20 to 30 minutes, though save data will not carry over to the full release. The game will also participate in the Steam Next Fest starting October 20, 2026.
