Krafton has launched its 2027 internship recruitment program, aiming to hire over 100 entry-level employees. This initiative represents the largest recruitment drive in the company's history and spans all job categories.
The company is specifically seeking 'AI Native' talent to support its transition into an 'AI First' organization. By integrating AI capabilities with existing professional expertise, Krafton intends to expand its business operations and has committed to making this recruitment process an annual event.
Applicants across six fields, including AI research, game development, and business, will be evaluated on their AI utilization skills, problem-solving potential, and global competencies. The selection process includes a proprietary AI-based assessment tool called 'Cofa-Probe'.
Applications are open from October 13 to 23. Successful candidates will begin a five-month internship in February 2027, with potential for full-time conversion in July 2027 based on performance evaluations.
