NVIDIA has announced a series of updates and new releases featuring DLSS 4.5 technology for GeForce RTX and RTX Spark devices. Recent and upcoming titles including Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Phantom Blade Zero, and Crimson Desert Enhanced: Charting the Unknown are incorporating these performance-enhancing features.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 launched its campaign early access on October 16th, with the full release including multiplayer scheduled for October 23rd. The game utilizes DLSS 4.5 and Advanced Shader Delivery, which pre-compiles shaders to eliminate loading delays. Players on GeForce RTX 50 Series systems can specifically leverage DLSS Dynamic Multi Frame Generation for up to 6X multiplication.
Cyberpunk 2077 is receiving an update on October 22nd to upgrade its DLSS suite to version 4.5, adding Dynamic Multi Frame Generation. Additionally, Planet Zoo 2 and THE FINALS have received updates supporting DLSS 4.5, with the latter utilizing RTXGI for real-time lighting calculations during its destructible environmental sequences.
Phantom Blade Zero is set to launch on October 28th, featuring DLSS 4.5 and path-traced lighting enhanced by Ray Reconstruction. Meanwhile, NBA 2K27 Season 2 has introduced a faster DLSS 5 AI model, which is reported to increase frame rates by up to 1.4X on specific hardware, including RTX Spark laptops.
