SEGA has unveiled an ambitious content roadmap for the second year of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds. The plan includes six paid expansions, new free characters, and additional game modes scheduled to release through the end of next year.

The content rollout begins on November 3 with the Godzilla Pack, featuring a City Escape circuit and vehicles themed after Godzilla, Mothra, and King Ghidorah. Subsequent releases in 2027 include an Evangelion Pack with Tokyo-III, a Sanrio Puroland collaboration, a SEGALAND pack, a Final Fantasy VII Remake expansion, and a Persona-themed pack.

Free updates include the addition of Bayonetta and Aigis as playable characters, alongside a new Duel Mode for one-on-one racing. The game will also receive 15 new gadgets and expanded customization options to enhance the core experience.

SEGA has permanently reduced the game's pricing, with the standard edition now costing 39,99 € and the Digital Deluxe version 59,99 €. A second season pass, priced at 29,99 €, will grant access to all six upcoming DLC packs.
