Key information
Cygames announced on October 20, 2026, that the Uma Musume Pretty Derby 7th EVENT WORLD TOUR “THE STAGE” in LOS ANGELES has been cancelled. The event was originally scheduled to take place in Los Angeles on October 22 and 23, 2026.
The cancellation follows the failure to secure necessary United States visas for the performers. Despite over six months of preparation and collaboration with local lawyers and promoters, the required documentation could not be obtained in time for the scheduled dates.
The organizers expressed deep apologies to the fans, known as trainers, as well as the cast and staff involved in the project. They acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the late notice regarding the event's status.
Refund procedures are currently being planned, including for the official JTB tour package. The project team is also reviewing further support for those who intended to attend the event in person. Details regarding these measures will be provided on the official 7th EVENT special website as they are finalized.
