Bethesda has unveiled a series of new, endorsed experiences for Fallout 4, developed in collaboration with modders. These projects, which function similarly to official DLC, aim to provide fresh content for the long-running post-apocalyptic RPG.
The Command Override expansion focuses on the robotics firm RobCo, allowing players to hack and pilot mechs like Sentry Bots and Assaultrons. It introduces experimental gear, including a Ghost Pilot Suit for wall-vision and a powerful, radiation-inducing Beam Gun.
Fallout 4: FEVer Dreams features original voice actors Courtenay Taylor and Brian T. Delaney in an escape room-style adventure centered on the Forced Evolutionary Virus. This lore-heavy experience emphasizes puzzles and difficult moral choices involving new characters.
Additionally, a cosmic horror expansion titled Fallout 4: Fathomless is scheduled for 2027. This underwater adventure will explore a deep-sea crater filled with shipwrecks and Eldritch horrors. All these creations will be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox, and PC via the Bethesda Creation platform.
