At Brasil Game Show 2026, developers showcased Huni Kuin: Beya Xinã Bena, a 2D side-scrolling action game created in collaboration with the Huni Kuin people of Acre, Brazil. Scheduled for a Q1 2027 PC release, the project is currently available as a Steam demo.

The game is based on seven traditional stories shared by village shamans. Players navigate forests using bows, spears, and clubs, while managing mechanics tied to "yuxin," a life force concept. Health and special abilities are governed by yuxin within the body and eyes, respectively.

Anthropologist Guilherme Meneses notes that indigenous artists from the Beya Xinã Bena collective provided the visuals, and villagers recorded all character voices in their native hãtxa kuin language. The game incorporates traditional kene geometric patterns as puzzles and features healing songs performed by elders.

Proceeds from the game will support the APOTI organization in providing solar power and clean drinking water to Huni Kuin villages. Meneses emphasizes that the project aims to share the cultural value of the Huni Kuin with global audiences.
