During the NARUTO: What’s Next? special stage at New York Comic Con 2026 on October 11, officials unveiled a comprehensive new initiative titled PROJECT RASENGAN. This project aims to integrate various media formats, including manga, anime, video games, and card games.
The initiative encompasses eight distinct measures scheduled to take place between 2027 and 2029. These efforts are designed to span multiple entertainment sectors to engage the global fanbase through coordinated releases.
Four specific components were detailed during the presentation. These include a new anime collaboration between NARUTO and NINKU, the launch of the NARUTO Card Game in June 2027, a brand-new mobile game, and original manga content written by Masashi Kishimoto.
While these four projects provide a glimpse into the upcoming multi-year strategy, the remaining four measures of the eight-part plan have yet to be disclosed. Fans can expect further developments as the project unfolds through 2029.
