The Elder Scrolls Online has officially kicked off Season Two, titled Echoes of Skyrim. This update invites players to revisit the iconic region by integrating previously paid downloadable content into the base game at no additional cost.
The Greymoor Chapter and Wolfhunter DLC are now included for all base game owners. Greymoor allows exploration of Western Skyrim, including Solitude and Blackreach, while adding the Antiquities system and the Kyne’s Aegis 12-player Trial. Additionally, the Markarth DLC is slated to join the base game on November 9.
New gameplay options include solo versions of the Moon Hunter Keep and March of Sacrifices dungeons, which offer Hircine-themed challenges and unique rewards. Players can also engage with the Tamriel Tome reward track, featuring items like the Maarselok Slayer Mammoth mount, or participate in seasonal events such as the Witches Festival.
The season is available on Mac, PlayStation, Windows PC, and Xbox platforms until January 27, 2027. Future updates include Update 52 on January 19, which will introduce a new minimap interface, expanded Companion customization, and increased furnishing limits for specific homes.
