As Black Friday approaches, retailers are offering significant discounts on various gaming mice and peripherals. While high-end components like graphics cards remain expensive, older but high-quality gaming mice are seeing price reductions across major outlets including Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and Newegg.
The Logitech G502 Hero remains a popular wired choice, featuring the Hero 25K sensor, 11 customizable buttons, and adjustable weights for competitive users. For wireless enthusiasts, the Logitech G305 Lightspeed is highlighted as a reliable budget option, praised for its lightweight design and battery life, despite not being a new release.
Reviewers have provided specific assessments for several models. The 8BitDo Retro R8 earned an 87% score for its unique aesthetic and performance, though its sunken buttons require adjustment. The Turtle Beach Burst II Air received an 85% rating, noted for its responsive feel and low weight, although critics mentioned it can be a fingerprint magnet and lacks extra features found in competitors.
Beyond mice, discounts extend to headsets and monitors. The HyperX Cloud III headset is noted for its comfort and balanced sound, while the Asus ROG Pelta offers 90-hour battery life. Shoppers should verify stock, as some items like specific monitors are already listed as out of stock at major retailers.
