Actor Charlie Cox, known for his role in Daredevil, officially confirmed his involvement in an upcoming, currently unnamed video game developed by Sega. The actor shared this news during New York Comic-Con 2026 while speaking with IGN.
Regarding the production process, Cox noted that he has already completed recording sessions for the project. He described the experience as challenging, highlighting that the work required approximately 40 hours of dialogue recording.
A notable detail from the recording sessions involved a misunderstanding regarding his nationality. The production team initially expected Cox to be American, leading to a surprise when he arrived with his natural English accent. Consequently, he had to perform the extensive dialogue using an American accent without prior preparation.
While the specific title remains a mystery, the significant volume of recorded lines suggests a central role. This project is distinct from Sega's previously announced lineup, which includes titles such as Persona 6 and Alien: Isolation 2.
