Star Tower Traveler is celebrating its first anniversary starting October 20. To mark the occasion, the developer is offering players 140 free draws and a special character image. Through the Star Journey Anniversary sign-in event, players can accumulate 100 limited recruitment tickets and earn additional rewards like selection packs for reaching specific recruitment milestones.
The update introduces the limited 5-star character Dawn Dust, a light-attribute vanguard who wields the longsword Dawn and the greatsword Twilight. Players can also recruit the new 5-star secret text, Guiding Morning Star. These additions are accompanied by the main story special chapter, Garden of Lost Dust: Silver Sand Dawn, which follows the Demon King as they explore a mysterious, frozen city while searching for missing companions.
New permanent gameplay modes have been added to the title. The Tower of the Demon King Beta allows players to decorate campsites and star towers with furniture, while the Vanguard Charge mode features tactical, board-based combat where players must strategically position their characters to defeat powerful enemies.
The anniversary update also implements several quality-of-life improvements. These include the introduction of vitality reserves, Vita hosting features, and a permanent archive for reviewing past event storylines, all designed to provide a more flexible and convenient adventure experience for players.
