Bandai Namco Entertainment has launched ONE PIECE: Sea Feast Restaurant, a collaboration between the anime series and developer Kairosoft. The title is available now on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, with PC and mobile versions arriving on October 23.
Players manage the Baratie 2nd Branch to restore the reputation of the original restaurant after imposters began operating a fraudulent establishment. The gameplay features Kairosoft's signature pixel art style, tasking players with developing recipes, sourcing ingredients, and customizing the restaurant with over 200 types of furniture and decorations.
The game includes over 400 characters, including the Straw Hat Pirates, who visit the restaurant with specific requests. Players must utilize Luffy for ingredient procurement and Sanji for culinary development to satisfy these patrons. Unique interactions between visiting characters serve as a key highlight of the experience.
Pricing for the upcoming releases is set at 2970 yen for the Steam version and 2000 yen for the mobile edition. The game emphasizes strategic management and creative freedom, allowing players to incorporate themes from various islands featured in the source material.
