The first-person looter shooter Mycopunk: 俺たちキノコバスターズ has officially exited early access. Set on a planet infested with mushroom-like aliens, the game tasks players with joining the New Atlas Hazard Crew, a team of robots hired by a corporation to eliminate the fungal threat through dangerous missions. The title supports cooperative play for up to four players.
The game features a robust weapon customization and enhancement system. Players can modify firearms and power tools using a grid-based system, combining various mods acquired during missions to create unique combat styles. These range from specialized healing configurations to defensive setups involving chainsaws. Combat requires tactical awareness, as enemies may attempt to steal items dropped by defeated foes.
Mycopunk: 俺たちキノコバスターズ is available on PC via Steam and on PS5. The game launched on October 21, 2026, with full Japanese language support. The Steam version is priced at 1,700 yen, though it is currently discounted to 850 yen until November 4, 2026. The PS5 version is priced at 1,760 yen.
