Shochiku Games released a significant update for the PC 3D rhythm game Estella on October 19, 2026. The title features a unique gameplay loop where players navigate an octagonal lane using a mouse and keyboard, set against a narrative structure where each chapter represents a distinct planet.
The update introduces comprehensive refinements to the game's user interface and main visual elements. Players can now access three additional songs, including PUPA by Morimori Atsushi and enchanted love by linear ring, both previously showcased at Tokyo Game Show 2026, alongside the debut of Festival Forever by Takio.
A newly released promotional video highlights the theme song for the first story chapter, Elina, composed by Kyiku and rinri with vocals by Es. The video also reveals the character voice for the protagonist Elina, portrayed by Saima Nakano, and provides a look at the upcoming multiplayer mode, which supports real-time score competition for up to 32 participants.
Estella is scheduled to participate in the Steam Next Fest: October 2026 Edition, running from October 20 to October 27. The early access version, slated for release this winter, will feature the first chapter and approximately 40 songs.
