Q-Games has announced it will publish the two-player asymmetric horror game Beyond the Dark: Night Watch in Asia. Developed by Atlantis Studio, the title is scheduled for release on the Nintendo Switch 2 on October 22, 2026.

The game features two distinct roles: an explorer navigating a mansion in first-person and a monitor using security cameras and tactical tools to guide their partner. Success relies on constant communication, as both players possess incomplete information and must work together to avoid a mysterious entity known as the Gloom.

The production includes contributions from voice actor Troy Baker and composer Oscar Araujo. The gameplay is designed specifically for two players, emphasizing trust and coordination to solve puzzles and escape the claustrophobic environment.

Beyond the Dark: Night Watch supports local, local wireless, and online play. It also features a shared play function, allowing two people to play using one copy of the software across two consoles, including the Nintendo Switch. The game will be priced at 2,480 yen, with the Nintendo Store page launching on October 22, 2026.
