Key information
Arrowhead Studios is preparing to celebrate the third annual Liberty Day in Helldivers 2. This event commemorates the principles of Managed Democracy and honors the Helldivers who serve as galactic peacekeepers. The celebration is scheduled for October 26.
During the 24-hour event on October 26, players will see festive decorations, including banners and rugs, inside their Super Destroyers. Additionally, active players are eligible to receive the AR-23L Liberator Heritage assault rifle, a classic weapon inspired by the First Intergalactic War, which will be distributed after the festivities conclude.
The developer is hosting community mini-games exclusively on their official Discord server, such as Minidivers, adopting a S.E.A.F. soldier, and flag-raising activities. Furthermore, the studio has released a printable pack containing recipes, games, and masks to assist citizens in organizing their own local celebrations.
Players can unlock special merchandise by completing specific in-game exploits before February 28, 2027. For instance, reaching level 100 grants a badge, while completing 75 missions allows for the purchase of a Teddy Snuggles plush soldier. New official merchandise, including Displate metal posters and limited-edition FiGGYZ magnetic figurines, is also being introduced to mark the occasion.
