The second annual Old Good Art Festival, titled Zuoying Has Light, is scheduled to launch on December 12, 2026, in Kaohsiung, Zuoying. The official organizer, Old Good Life, announced a collaboration with VTuber agency hololive production to highlight local heritage, including century-old houses and traditional crafts.
While the identity of the featured VTuber remains unconfirmed, the organizer released a silhouette for fans to identify. Hololive DEV_IS member Raora Panthera has emerged as a leading candidate, bolstered by social media interactions between the official account and the community.
Raora Panthera has a history of cultural collaborations in Taiwan, including a November 2026 livestream for the Tainan Art Museum and a July 2026 project with Pili Puppetry. These past engagements involved showcasing architecture, art exhibitions, and local culinary traditions.
This event continues a trend of hololive integrating with Taiwanese public institutions. Previous examples include the 2024 Taiwan Lantern Festival in Tainan and a 2026 themed ferry collaboration between the Kaohsiung City Shipping Company and hololive talents Shirakami Fubuki and Ookami Mio.
