Nissin York has unveiled a special collaboration to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Pokemon franchise. Starting November 2, 2026, the company will release a limited-edition series of Pilkul 400 packaging featuring iconic creatures from the series.
The collection includes 22 distinct designs across various product formats, available nationwide excluding Okinawa. These packages showcase 51 Pokemon from the Kanto region, including starters like Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, alongside Pikachu and Gengar. Notably, Bibarel, which holds National Pokedex number 400, is also featured to align with the product name.
The rollout begins on November 2, 2026, for the 65ml 10-pack varieties, while the 455ml paper cartons will follow on November 3. While the exterior features commemorative 30th-anniversary branding and diverse character illustrations, the contents of the drinks remain identical to the standard Pilkul 400 products.
To support the launch, a promotional campaign will run from November 1 to December 12, 2026. Customers who purchase the limited packaging can enter a lottery for special merchandise by uploading receipts and product photos to the official campaign website.
