Key information

At the DREAMSCAPE#5 indie game event, developer Yongmin Park showcased a title called SNAKE HEIST. The game features a snake protagonist infiltrating buildings to eliminate human targets who are armed with guns and blades.

The snake possesses high mobility, allowing it to navigate narrow spaces and climb walls by wrapping around protrusions. Beyond traditional constriction, which requires anchoring to objects, the snake can wield various weapons like knives, guns, and chainsaws in its mouth. Players can adjust the neck angle to aim, enabling precise attacks such as headshots.

The protagonist's long body is a significant vulnerability, as it makes the snake an easy target for enemies. Players lose health if any part of the body is hit, and losing all five life points forces a stage restart. Consequently, success relies on strategic movement, such as choosing routes with fewer enemies or keeping the body compact.

The game offers a fast-paced experience where players can overcome challenges through repeated attempts. The short stages and quick replays evoke a feel similar to Hotline Miami. Currently, the game is not available on Steam or itch.io, and further information remains limited to future indie event appearances.
