The Jeonnam Global Game Center, operated by the Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency, successfully concluded its experience zone at the 2026 Namdo Content Fair. Held from October 9 to 11 at the Gokseong Seomjin River Train Village, the event aimed to promote regional game content and provide interactive cultural opportunities. Organizers reported that approximately 3,000 people visited the zone during the three-day period.
The exhibition featured titles from seven local game developers, including Anydoo's AR shooting game Ttoba Shoot, Man-deul's Yum Yum Tteokbokki, Waycoder's Fortress S, Nitros' Joseon Fishing King, Newsalt's Spin Hero, The Horizon's Ad, and Palm's Gishi: The Deja Vu.
Beyond gameplay, the event hosted participatory programs to foster intergenerational communication. On October 9, former Gen.G Brawl Stars professional gamer and creator Park Je-hyun delivered a lecture on his career experiences. Additionally, a family camp held on October 10 and 11 involved 16 families, who competed in Brawl Stars and Nintendo Switch Sports tournaments while participating in environmental plogging activities.
A representative from the Jeonnam Global Game Center stated that the event served as a meaningful platform for all ages to connect through gaming. The agency intends to continue expanding such opportunities to increase the accessibility of game culture and strengthen the foundation of the local game industry.
