Key information
On October 24, 2026, developer Underdog revealed the development roadmap for its upcoming title, ZERO Sievert 2. The studio confirmed that the early access version of this PvE extraction shooter is scheduled for release in March 2027.
As a sequel to the original ZERO Sievert, the game shifts from 2D pixel art to 2.5D graphics. Players navigate the Zakov Exclusion Zone, a region filled with mutants, bandits, and anomalies, to collect items and earn currency. A significant addition is the support for up to four-player cooperative multiplayer.
The gameplay features procedurally generated map layouts, requiring players to rely on landmarks and navigation rather than static paths. To refine these mechanics, Underdog plans to host a closed alpha test in October 2026. Access to this test requires a key distributed via the official Discord server.
Following the alpha phase, the developer intends to incorporate player feedback into a demo version. This demo is slated for release during the Steam Next Fest, which begins on February 22, 2027.
