Wemade Connect has officially signed a global publishing agreement with Superblock for the upcoming subculture RPG titled OZ. The companies are currently collaborating to prepare the title for a global release scheduled for next year.

OZ is based on the 2025 Japanese release titled OZ: Rewrite. The development team is repurposing existing character assets and world-building elements while overhauling core systems, including combat mechanics, character progression, and the business model, to align with a new focus on male-oriented subculture gaming.

The game features an intuitive automated combat system centered on elemental affinities and skill chaining. Players take on the role of the reincarnated founder of the world Merhen, engaging in various activities such as PvP duels, limited-time boss raids, and character-specific story arcs to foster connections with heroes.

Targeting markets including South Korea, North America, and Taiwan, the developers plan to conduct user testing prior to launch to refine the experience. Wemade Connect CEO Lee Ho-dae expressed confidence that the title's narrative depth and character designs will offer a unique experience for the subculture genre.
