During a recent official broadcast on October 25, 2026, Yostar revealed upcoming content for Blue Archive on iOS, Android, and PC. The developer confirmed that the game's Japanese publishing rights will transition to Nexon around January 2027.
The new event, Start Your Engines! ~183 Forever!~, runs from October 28, 2026, until November 11, 2026. Players can earn the new one-star student Rana and collect event-specific items like racing tickets. A highlight is the mini-game Blast! Gehenna Cup!, where players pilot tanks to reach a goal before fuel runs out, including one-on-one boss battles.
Limited recruitment banners will feature three-star racing versions of Hifumi and Azusa. Additionally, the October 28 update introduces a recruitment history feature, a practice mode for using students not yet owned, and a beta version of the Virtual Aptitude Test, which requires managing multiple squads against waves of enemies.
Yostar also detailed sixth-anniversary plans, including the Blue Archive Fes! Rock With Me♪ event at Makuhari Messe on January 23 and 24, 2027. Furthermore, a fifth-anniversary stamp rally is scheduled to take place from December 25, 2026, through January 17, 2027.
