The game utilizes AI models based on Gemini and ChatGPT to generate these reactions. Following the release of a free demo in February, the project gained unexpected popularity among streamers, leading to significant operational expenses for the studio.
The studio currently incurs costs of 1,000 dollars per day in AI tokens. This financial burden became so severe that the developers considered removing the demo from Steam entirely to mitigate the mounting expenses.
To keep the demo active, the team secured a bank loan, though they remain uncertain about the long-term sustainability of this approach. They intend to launch the full game on PC soon, with plans to adjust their strategy to ensure profitability while accounting for these high AI-related costs.
