Independent studio ReSAR Interactive has launched the Steam store page for its upcoming management simulation game, ResaleShop Simulator. The title allows players to experience the full lifecycle of running a small secondhand store, from acquiring inventory to final sales.

Players must evaluate items brought in by customers by checking their condition and verifying identification documents. Using an in-game computer, users can research market values via a service called "souba.net" to determine appropriate purchase offers. Owners have the autonomy to decide whether to buy an item, negotiate a price, or decline the transaction entirely.

Once acquired, items must be cleaned and prepared for display on shelves or in glass cases. Players set their own retail prices, balancing the desire for quick inventory turnover against higher profit margins. The game emphasizes the satisfaction of managing the entire process, including arranging the store layout and utilizing the "ReuseOS" system for inventory management and online sales.

ResaleShop Simulator is currently scheduled for release on PC via Steam in 2026. The developer has confirmed that the game will support both Japanese and English languages.
