Pracy Studios released the rhythm action RPG Nocturne on PC on September 23. Developed over a decade by Benjamin Pracy, the game is set in a digitized afterlife and blends traditional RPG elements with rhythm-based combat.
The game features 101 unique tracks, all composed to align with the narrative. Pracy noted that the Slovak National Symphony Orchestra recorded the boss battle music, which he believes helps the music narrate the player's emotional journey.
According to Pracy, the game has received positive feedback, with 98% of Steam reviews being favorable at the time of the interview. Players have reported being deeply moved by the story and music, with some noting that emotional moments during boss fights made the gameplay more challenging.
Pracy is currently working on console ports and hopes to collaborate with other studios and artists in the future. While the game does not currently support Japanese, an official localization is planned for early 2027.
