The Bahamut 30th Anniversary event officially opened on 10/25 at the Taipei Expo Park Expo Dome. Originally delayed by one day due to Typhoon Trami, the event schedule has been extended until 9 PM to accommodate attendees. The celebration features a wide array of activities, including board booths, gaming challenges, ACG performances, and a dedicated marketplace.
A highlight of the anniversary is the limited-edition commemorative program, which is the thickest in the platform's history at 68 pages. This collector's item includes special 30th-anniversary features, a list of notable Bahamut figures, birthday illustrations, and personal stories submitted by users. It also offers a behind-the-scenes look at the daily life of site administrator sega.
Attendees who purchase the program can participate in a stamp collection challenge to win prizes. Rewards include a Nintendo Switch 2, a PS5 Pro console, and a Mini LED television. Additional opportunities for prizes are available through the event's grand finale raffle and various on-site giveaways involving snacks and beverages.
The event also hosts a birthday illustration exhibition and a graffiti wall where participants are invited to share creative messages. These interactive elements are part of the "Those Heroes Who Summoned Bahamut" theme, encouraging the community to contribute to the milestone celebration and document their experiences at the venue.
