In 2026, the rhythm game genre sees a revival with the upcoming launch of Stage Tour by RedOctane Games. To accompany this release, manufacturer Drakong, a division of HyperKin, has introduced the InfinaKore Fender Telecaster guitar controller. This peripheral is priced at an MSRP of $129.99, €129.99, or £119.99.
The controller features a modular design that encourages personalization. Users can 3D print their own components to modify the body and head shape, size, or color. This open-source approach allows players to transform the aesthetic of the device using community-shared designs or their own custom creations.
Technically, the device utilizes hot-swappable low-profile Kailh Choc switches for top frets, while bottom frets employ membrane switches. The strum and whammy bars incorporate hall-effect switches to reduce wear. Additional features include a foldable neck for storage, tri-mode connectivity, a 4-mode slider, and mappable buttons. Players can also utilize tilt functionality or a dedicated button to trigger power-up modes.
The InfinaKore controller is positioned as a companion for Stage Tour, which is scheduled for release later in 2026. Interested consumers can currently find the peripheral available for preorder through Amazon.
