NC has announced the return of the Ludra raid to Aion 2, scheduled for Wednesday November 4. The encounter was previously removed shortly after the game's advanced access release because players defeated it at an unintended progression level. NC stated this rapid completion prevented most users from experiencing the challenge as intended.
The reinstated raid will feature adjusted attack patterns and new mechanics, requiring players to develop fresh strategies. To encourage participation, NC is hosting a first-clear event offering special titles for the top 20 parties. The developer aims to restore the sense of discovery and collective achievement originally envisioned for the global launch.
To assist players in preparing, NC is launching a login event from Wednesday October 28 to Wednesday November 11, providing daily Odyle Energy rewards. Additionally, the Daeva Bootcamp event runs from Wednesday November 4 until Wednesday November 18, unlocking community-wide rewards based on total dungeon clears, alongside Twitch Drops and login bonuses.
For those not yet ready for the raid, a Ludra Outfit Contest will run from Wednesday November 4 to Wednesday November 18. Players can submit unedited in-game screenshots to the Aion 2 Discord for a chance to win Quna prizes. While the raid is a significant challenge, NC advises players to progress at their own pace.
