An unofficial fan-made version of WWE SmackDown vs. Raw 2011 is now accessible directly through web browsers. This project utilizes the portable PSP edition of the title, allowing users to play without needing to install any software.
The browser-based experience is powered by PSP Web Recomp technology, which recompiles game code to run locally. Unlike cloud-based streaming services, performance is determined by the user's specific hardware and browser capabilities.
Functionality includes support for keyboard inputs alongside various USB or Bluetooth controllers, such as Xbox and PlayStation devices. Players can utilize save states, with progress stored in the browser's local cache or exported as backup files.
This project remains entirely unofficial and maintains no affiliation with WWE, THQ, or Yuke’s. While a separate unofficial PC port exists offering 60 FPS and sharper quality, the developer notes that the current version lacks online support and may experience crashes during the Road to WrestleMania mode.
