Developer RODRIK LTD has announced that the city-builder game Holdopolis will launch in early access this November. The title will be available on Steam and the VK Play Russian store, with official support for the Korean language.

The core gameplay revolves around managing the only paid public restroom in an entire city. Players must generate revenue by operating this facility, which can be upgraded from a simple wooden shack into an elaborate structure known as the Golden Monument of Unity.

The game incorporates satirical elements, such as police pursuing citizens who attempt to relieve themselves in bushes. These incidents are subsequently reported in the next day's newspaper, which tracks the number of citizens apprehended for public urination.

Financial management involves adjusting fees, though raising prices may trigger strikes or disease outbreaks. Players must also manage social interactions, such as deciding whether to evict or utilize bloggers who film the restroom queues for publicity. Notably, the developer utilized AI during the production process, as disclosed on the official Steam page.
