Kakao Games is addressing player concentration in the Wasteland area of Dokkaebi World by enhancing rewards and efficiency in high-level hunting grounds. During a live broadcast on October 23, Business Manager Cha Myeong-soo and Director Jang Su-min discussed plans to mitigate overcrowding and competition for monsters.

To resolve overpopulation, the developer will increase currency and item rewards in higher-level zones while slightly reducing monster health starting next week. Additionally, the team is accelerating the release of the Blessing Refund feature to the same update, allowing players to recover materials used for enhancement and opening, excluding currency.

Upcoming updates include a Taoist skill swapping system and weapon type conversion, both targeted for November. Balance adjustments will focus on buffing underutilized styles like Mobility, Devotion, and Sniping. Furthermore, new PvP modes, including 1v1 asynchronous battles and 4v4 base destruction, are in development, though open-world PK will not be implemented.

The roadmap also features a new Bulgasari raid replacing existing ones in November and a six-difficulty Hard Mode dungeon system. Technical issues regarding currency distribution in the Falling Flower Battlefield will be resolved in the next maintenance, which will also introduce missing event item drops to permanent secret realms.
