Modern Warfare 4 has officially launched, introducing a fresh set of firearms and unlockable modifications for the latest iteration of the Call of Duty series. The title brings back the Gunsmith system, allowing players to refine their arsenals through specific progression paths.
The game features a customization mechanic supporting five-attachment builds. Additionally, players can equip a unique Apex attachment per weapon. Unlike previous conversion kits, these Apex additions do not consume any of the five standard attachment slots, though they are only accessible once a weapon reaches its maximum level.
For mid-to-long-range engagements, the HAN 86 assault rifle is highlighted as a user-friendly option. Recommended attachments for this rifle include the XRK Mil-Tac Suppressor, SA H86 465MM barrel, XRK Clutch-LS laser, Mini Reflex optic, and XRK Justice II grip to enhance damage range, bullet velocity, and aim-down-sight speed.
The M4 assault rifle is also noted for its power and handling. Suggested modifications for this weapon consist of the XRK Mil-Tac Suppressor, 18" LE Crosswind barrel, SA LAZ-500 laser, Mini Reflex optic, and Demo Dozer stock. These choices aim to improve bullet velocity and damage range while maintaining stealth by keeping the player off the minimap.
