Blizzard has reversed its previous stance regarding World of Warcraft Forever, officially confirming that an RP-PvP ruleset will be offered to players. This decision marks a significant shift, as earlier discussions suggested such an option would not be implemented due to the game's realmless structure.
The developer intends to make this new ruleset available for selection by the time name reservation begins on October 27th. This addition provides a new layer of choice for the community as the game approaches its official launch.
As the beta period concludes on October 23rd, players have observed increased chaos on test servers, including more frequent open drops and the availability of triple experience potions. Additionally, recent discussions indicate that classic raids, such as Molten Core, are expected to feature updated mechanics.
With the launch scheduled for just a few weeks following the beta's end, these adjustments reflect the final preparations for the title. The transition from testing to the live environment remains a focal point for the development team.
