CD Projekt recently released update 2.5 for Cyberpunk 2077, which became available for free on October 22, 2026. Beyond the official patch notes detailing console mods, new missions, and two-handed weapons, the update contains hidden content inspired by The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
Players can acquire these thematic items by visiting V’s apartment. Access is granted after receiving a text message from Arianne, who informs the player that she has a gift to offer.
In addition to the primary gift set, community reports suggest the inclusion of a knife resembling the one used by Geralt of Rivia. Players have expressed positive reactions to this crossover between the two distinct game universes.
The update also incorporates elements related to Cyberpunk Edgerunners 2. These additions follow the broader release of version 2.5, which aims to expand the gameplay experience for the title.
