Bethesda has announced that its multiplayer RPG Fallout 76 has surpassed 25 million players. Originally released in 2018, the title continues to evolve, with the company expressing gratitude to the community for their ongoing support in exploring the world of Appalachia.

To celebrate this milestone, Bethesda introduced the World Pets update, scheduled for release on December 1. This content expansion allows players to journey alongside various companions, including cats, dogs, mutant pigs, and even domesticated Deathclaws.

The update enables players to customize their pets' names and appearances. Furthermore, users can direct their companions' defensive or offensive movements, level them up, and unlock specific upgrades tailored to individual playstyles.

Beyond the pet system, the update includes a renovation of the Skyline Valley region. This follows the recent launch of native versions of the game for Xbox Series and PlayStation 5 consoles last month.
