HoYoverse announced that the open-world RPG Genshin Impact will receive its Version 7.2 update, titled "When Falling to the End," on November 4. The update will be available across PC, iOS, Android, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S platforms.
The update introduces a new Archon Quest where representatives from seven nations gather in Snezhnaya at the Tsaritsa's request to confront a threat of civilizational collapse. Players will also gain access to a new area located in the eastern part of Snezhnaya.
Two new playable characters, Mitya and Valerie, are set to join the game roster. Additionally, a limited-time event tied to the Archon Quest will allow players to select and invite one 4-star character to their team.
Further content includes a photography event in Snezhnaya, a mining event in Natlan, and updates to the "Starry Illusion" mode. Detailed information regarding these additions can be found in the official Version 7.2 preview program.
