Sega has officially selected three participants for the fifth iteration of its Yakuza series streamer support project. This initiative aims to assist content creators who produce gameplay videos showcasing the appeal of the Yakuza titles through their own unique perspectives on YouTube.
Participants are evaluated through a grade ranking system consisting of Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers. Throughout the project, streamers undergo activity reviews that determine potential promotions or demotions between these ranks.
The project concludes with a final results announcement scheduled for December 18 (Friday). Streamers who maintain the top Gold rank and finish among the top three participants by the end of the project will be awarded a role in a future RGG Studio title, including an end credit appearance. The specific nature of these roles cannot be requested by the winners.
The initiative also features kson and Dogma Kazami as special ambassadors. These ambassadors aim to promote the series and encourage community engagement throughout the duration of the support program.
