The Game Developer Association of India has officially announced the 18th edition of the Indian Game Developers Conference. The multi-day event is scheduled to take place from October 28 to 31 at the Chennai Trade Centre.
Organizers anticipate an attendance of over 10,000 people, featuring more than 90 speakers from the local development ecosystem. The initial two days will host global experts covering topics such as design, technology, publishing, and investment.
The conference includes the Investor–Publisher Connect initiative, which aims to link indie creators with 32 participating organizations. Confirmed entities include Devolver Digital, Krafton, Nazara Technologies, and various investment firms like Lumikai and Makers Fund.
The final two days are open to the public, allowing players and content creators to engage with indie studios. Additionally, the event will highlight 60 indie developers and host a celebration for women in the industry. Registration is currently available via the official website.
