Key information

Sega has announced new building and object details for the Farming Simulator 25 expansion pack, Beans & Alpacas. Scheduled for release on October 27, the content update introduces six distinct house types, each featuring unique interiors where players can save progress or change outfits.

The expansion implements a new aging mechanic for these structures, causing their appearance to evolve over time. Players can choose to maintain a vintage aesthetic or restore buildings to a pristine state by delivering paint, offering greater control over the farm's visual style.

Beyond housing, the pack adds over 80 new objects, including fences and storage sheds for machinery, allowing for expanded customization. The expansion also features the new South American region of Catuaí, enabling coffee bean cultivation and the raising of alpacas and Brahman cattle, alongside 25 new vehicles from the brand Colombo Industries.

Beans & Alpacas will be available as a standalone purchase or as part of the Year 2 Season Pass for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, PC, and Mac. The update also includes technical enhancements such as improved physics, refined animation for work equipment, and updated vegetation rendering for sugarcane.
