G・O・P announced that the official service for the PC title AVA RE:BIRTH will commence on October 28. This free-to-play online FPS serves as the successor to Alliance of Valiant Arms, which is scheduled to end its service on the same day.
The game features a new mode called Hunting Field where players aim to escape after gathering supplies. Upon launch, the title will include a marketplace for item trading between players and a battle pass system for earning rewards through gameplay.
A winter update plan introduces a cost system for all modes except Hunting Field. By assigning costs to weapons and armor and setting a total limit for loadouts, the developers aim to reduce instances where victory is determined solely by equipment strength.
Future updates will add clan functions, tournament features, and clan battles alongside individual and clan rankings. An event shop will also allow players to exchange currency for exclusive firearms, with further details to be provided closer to implementation.
