On October 23, Capcom released a second report regarding unauthorized access to its CAPCOM ID online membership service, which resulted in the leakage of user information.

The company completed its investigation into the scope of the incident. Out of 196 accounts where passwords were changed illicitly, 19 were used by third parties to access the My Page section of the e-Capcom online store.

Exposed data from these 19 accounts includes names, phone numbers, addresses, gender, birth dates, purchase history, inquiry logs, and member address books. Capcom confirmed that credit card information was not compromised, and no other accounts suffered data leaks through password changes.

Capcom is contacting affected individuals directly. The company continues to monitor CAPCOM ID and related services while implementing measures to prevent future security incidents.
