Digital Hearts has entered a partnership with DeNA to introduce a new software testing and execution support service titled AI Test Solution powered by DAAQ. This collaboration aims to balance accelerated development timelines with rigorous quality assurance.
The core of this service is DAAQ, an internal AI tool developed by DeNA's quality management department. DAAQ automates the inspection of software requirements and specifications, subsequently generating test design documents. Within DeNA, this tool has reportedly reduced test design labor by up to 90 percent, though actual results vary based on specific project requirements.
The service integrates AI efficiency with human expertise. Digital Hearts staff refine the AI-generated designs by incorporating user scenarios and service characteristics. Furthermore, these professionals conduct the actual testing, utilizing their intuition and experience to ensure high-quality results.
To ensure continuous improvement, the partnership includes a feedback loop where insights gained from manual testing are returned to DAAQ. This process allows the tool to evolve based on real-world verification data, further enhancing its future functionality and precision.
