Webzen has officially commenced a celebratory event to mark the 3rd anniversary of its mobile MMORPG, MU Monarch. Starting on the 23rd, the developer is rolling out 15 distinct promotional benefits for players to engage with through various in-game activities.
The event introduces several gameplay mechanics, including a daily achievement system where players accumulate firework usage to earn rewards like costume sets. Additionally, a 14-day attendance event running until November 13 allows users to acquire the guardian pet Jenny, a character iconic to the MU intellectual property.
Players can also participate in a collection event by hunting golden monsters and bosses to gather characters, which are exchangeable for items such as speech bubbles and gift boxes. Opening the Lucky Festival Gift Box provides chances to obtain high-grade rewards, including skill crystals. Furthermore, the update features increased experience point gains, special boss appearances, and a dedicated 3rd-anniversary secret dungeon.
