On October 23, 2026, HJK Gaming announced the upcoming release of the HJK FIGHTSTICK, scheduled for early December. The controller is compatible with PC, Nintendo Switch, and Nintendo Switch 2, with a retail price of 249.99 dollars. A limited initial pre-order phase will offer a 20 dollar discount.
The design process involved researching preferences from dozens of professional players, specifically incorporating feedback from Eita and NL. The resulting layout features 12 buttons based on the Vewlix arrangement, with four additional buttons. Users can customize button assignments via a web tool and plug unused holes with included caps to prevent accidental inputs.
Hardware specifications include Sanwa Denshi levers and proprietary HJKB-30 buttons. The buttons support hot-swappable low-profile switches, allowing for tactile customization. The chassis features a damper-based opening mechanism for maintenance, a multi-functional display for images or GIFs, and customizable RGB lighting. The unit is tilted at a 2-degree angle for ergonomics.
The controller includes a detachable USB cable with a locking guide and a 3.5mm headphone jack. While officially supporting PC and Switch platforms, HJK Gaming notes that the device has been confirmed to function on PlayStation 5 when using certain converters. Permanent demo locations, such as Red Bull Gaming Sphere Tokyo, are planned for prospective users.
