Pantaloon has officially launched Playbill, a subscription-based library focused on unique and eerie indie titles. The service debuted on the 23rd with a catalog of over 14 games, with plans to expand the collection monthly.
The platform aims to serve as an indie-focused alternative to existing game pass services. Launch titles include Buckshot Roulette, Silt, Ex Sanguine, Death Crown, and Kids. Additionally, Devolver Digital is offering the visual novel Virtua: Prologue as a time-limited exclusive.
Playbill features a dedicated channel called The Green Room, which provides users access to exclusive demos, playtests, and prototypes. Current playtest opportunities include I Go Goblin, Mr. Magpie's Harmless Card Game, and Lemonade Apocalypse.
While profile and community features are free, full library access requires a Primo subscription. Monthly pricing is set at 4.99 dollars or 3.99 pounds, while annual subscriptions are available for 49.99 dollars or 39.99 pounds.
