Polish board game developer Glass Cannon Unplugged officially unveiled Diablo: Unbound on the 21st. The company, known for adapting titles like Frostpunk and Apex Legends, is bringing the iconic Blizzard franchise to the tabletop format.
Designed for one to four players, the game emphasizes combat over exploration to mirror the original hack-and-slash experience. Participants navigate through a three-act dungeon structure, focusing on defeating large monster swarms, farming for loot, and challenging boss enemies.
Players can choose from four distinct classes, including the Barbarian, Rogue, Sorcerer, and Paladin, each utilizing a specific deck. The game features familiar enemies such as the Undead and Khazra, and even includes Treasure Goblins as a bonus element.
Specific details regarding a final release date or potential domestic availability remain unconfirmed. Interested fans can expect the project to launch on the crowdfunding platform Gamefound during the first quarter of next year.
