Swedish indie studio Mana Brigade has officially announced the upcoming release of Plushie Party, a multiplayer party game set within a dilapidated arcade. Players take on the roles of worn-out stuffed toys competing against one another for survival.
The gameplay involves two to six participants navigating over 15 distinct minigames. Challenges take place inside arcade machines featuring crumbling floors and sudden traps, requiring players to avoid defeat to escape being shredded into stuffing.
Developed using the Gemu engine, the title emphasizes realistic damage through destructible physics. Key features include physics-based slapstick action, dynamic soft-body destruction, and smooth online connectivity to ensure responsive gameplay during chaotic matches.
Plushie Party is scheduled for a Q1 2027 release on Steam with full Korean language support. Mana Brigade is currently recruiting playtesters via the official Steam page and plans to introduce additional minigames based on community feedback gathered through their Discord server and wishlist milestones.
